2025 Mazda CX 70 Review

The all-wheel drive Mazda CX-70 is available in five trims: Turbo Preferred Package, Turbo Premium Package, Turbo Premium Plus Package, Turbo S Premium Package, and Turbo S Premium Plus Package. Mazda keeps things pretty simple with two powertrain options for the CX-70. Power comes from a 3.3L turbocharged 6-cylinder engine making 280 or 319 horsepower. The base model CX-70 is more basic than other versions but is still equipped with plenty of nice features. Air conditioning with separate rear controls, adaptive cruise control, power door locks and power windows are all generally expected, and all are present. However, more upscale items that come standard on the Turbo Preferred Package include 19-inch wheels, a power liftgate, power sunroof, heated front seats, a 12.3-inch touchscreen display, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless device charging, rearview camera, LED headlamps and daytime running lights and audio controls on the steering wheel. The Turbo S Premium trims add power folding side mirrors, dark chrome accents, directionally adaptive headlamps, 21-inch wheels, an auto-dimming rear view mirror, heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, driver seat memory, ambient lighting, a 12-speaker sound system, surround view cameras, a heated leather steering wheel, forward collision mitigation with left turn assist, rear collision mitigation, active drive monitoring, front cross traffic mitigation, and a traffic sign information system. Numerous safety systems come standard 8 airbags, adaptive cruise control, active lane departure, blind spot warning, forward collision mitigation, rear collision warning, front pedestrian detection, and a driver attention alert.

2024 Honda Prologue Review

The Honda Prologue is powered by a single electric motor that produces 212 horsepower or dual motors that produce 288 horsepower. The all-wheel drive models have a range of 273-281 miles depending on the trim while the front-wheel drive model has a range of 296 miles. The Prologue is available in front-wheel drive with two trim levels EX and Touring while the all-wheel drive model adds the Elite trim to the lineup. The Prologue is richly equipped, so even the entry level trim comes with plenty of equipment. The EX is equipped with 19-inch aluminum wheels, LED headlights, heated side mirrors with integrated turn signals, remote start, proximity keyless entry and push-button start, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, 11.3-inch touchscreen infotainment with a 6-speakers audio system, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, 4 USB ports, and wireless phone charging. This SUV has an array of standard safety features including parking sensors, active lane departure, an active blind spot monitor, forward and rear collision mitigation, and adaptive cruise control.

2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Test Drive Video Review

The 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Grand Cherokee L are available in both 4x2 and 4x4 drive types in four trims: Laredo, Limited, Overland, and Summit while the Grand Cherokee Trailhawk model is available in 4x4 only. Powering the Grand Cherokee is one of two engines, a 3.6L Pentastart V6 engine with 293 horsepower, a 5.7L Hemi V8 engine with 357 horsepower and a towing capacity up to 7200 lbs. Both engines are mated a an 8-speed automatic transmission. Independent front and multi-link rear suspension systems and a unibody structure have made the Grand Cherokee's frame very rigid. The Class-Exclusive Quadra-Lift® Air Suspension now has Electronic Semi-Active Damping which automatically lowers the vehicle at highway speeds to achieve efficient aerodynamics. While in off-road situations, it allows you to raise the vehicle to clear obstacles when driving over rough terrain. Standard equipment on the base Laredo includes keyless entry and ignition, 17-inch aluminum wheels, heated mirrors, rear parking sensors, dual-zone climate control, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio controls. An 8.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is also standard. The Limited trim adds upgraded 18-inch aluminum wheels, a leather interior with power-adjustable heated seats with memory, heated rear seats and a heated steering wheel. Safety and convenience are enhanced with a rear parking aid, integrated turn signal mirrors, automatic climate control, power liftgate and remote start. With the Overland trim comes more luxury as it gets 20-inch aluminum wheels, front and rear parking sensors, leather-trimmed performance seats with heated and ventilated front seats, a heated leather steering wheel and other interior trim upgrades. It also gains a remote trunk release and a power liftgate. The Summit steps up the luxury, convenience, and comfort features, including adaptive cruise control, rear controls for the climate control system, a blind-spot/rear cross-path detection system, front collision warning and exterior trim enhancements. A 10-speaker audio system takes the music to the next level. The 4-wheel-drive models are all seriously capable but can be upgraded to meet whatever any level of off-road intensity the customer is looking for. Skid plates, hill descent control and a high-performance Quadra-Drive II 4WD system are available. Standard safety equipment across the lineup includes 4-wheel antilock disc brakes, active head restraints, a full array of airbags, including full-length side-curtain and seat-mounted side thorax air bags, ParkSense with Stop, Blind Spot Monitoring, electronic stability control, electronic roll mitigation, hill-start assist, automatic headlights, trailer-sway control and tire pressure monitoring system. Adaptive cruise control is also available, along with front collision alert and front park assist.

The 2025 GMC Terrain is an exciting contender in the mid-size crossover segment. It uses the same platform as the Chevrolet Equinox. The Terrain is powered by a 1.5L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that delivers 175 horsepower mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is the standard drivetrains, but all-wheel drive is available. Storage areas are everywhere in the cabin, including an oversized glovebox, an expanded center console with pass-through storage underneath large enough for a laptop computer. The rear seats feature MultiFlex, which allows the seats to move back and forth a total of eight inches for the best rear legroom in the segment. In 2025 there is only one well loaded Elevation trim featuring 4-wheel disc brakes, a rear spoiler, a liftgate, heated side mirrors, LED headlights, 17-inch aluminum wheels, heated front seats, memory settings for the driver seat, automatic climate control, satellite radio, a 6-speaker sound system, a 15-inch touchscreen, adaptive cruise control, 2 12V DC power outlets, mobile hotspot, wireless device connectivity, 4 USB ports, and a heated steering wheel. Sorento PHEV also equipped Bluetooth connectivity, an HD radio, steering wheel mounted audio and cruise control, voice activated audio rear camera, power windows and door locks, heated outside mirrors with integrated turn signals and keyless-remote entry. Standard safety features include adaptive cruise control with stop and go, lane departure warning with active lane centering technology, front and rear parking sensors, front and rear, traffic sign recognition, exit warning, pedestrian detection, hill start assist, blind spot collision avoidance and auto emergency braking.
